Our apprentices earn a competitive salary that increases as you progress through the six-year programme: 

Year 1: £20,000 

Year 2: £24,000

• Three A-Levels equivalent to 128 UCAS points
• Five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths

Yes — we fully fund your LLB (Hons) in Law & Legal Practice and both SQE1 and SQE2. This means your tuition fees are covered throughout the entire programme.  

Yes. As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll have dedicated time each week to study with BPP University, covering modules that mirror a Law degree while balancing your on the job learning.

You’ll be supported by our Early Careers team, supervisors, learning & development team and BPP’s teaching and coaching staff from day one. Your first few months will include a structured introduction to both legal work and academic study, with ongoing development throughout all six years.

• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays per year
• Auto enrolled into the workplace pension scheme if you are over 22 years of age, or opt-in  if you are under 22 and we’ll contribute 6% of your salary.
• 4x your annual salary in the event of a death in service
